This Saumur Brut Rosé, Crémant style, has been hand picked and is issued entirely from the Cabernet Franc : it is peps that we are looking for : fresh, refreshing, for fun only !
Saumur Brut Blanc
For fun, we decided to launch this Saumur Brut Crémant style to which our soil, subsoil and our troglodyte cellars match themselves so well. Approved by our customers, we have kept the production on, and even launched a Saumur Brut Rosé !
Les Fresnettes
AOC Saumur Blanc
This dry Chenin Blanc is coming from very mature grapes harvested by hand on small yields and ageing entirely in barrels, which confers it aromas of citrus fruits, white fruits and a very noble body.
La Rose de Targé
AOC Cabernet de Saumur
This Cabernet rosé, both dry and soft, will appeal you thanks to its roundness and its fruity taste: freshly served, it will come with any summer or party meal. Its colour of a deep pink shows a harvest at good maturity. Nevertheless, the little sugar it contains allows rounding off the acidity making the fruit while going with a whole meal.

Quintessence de Targé

This old vines vintage was integrally harvested by hand at the latest moment as possible, while avoiding over maturity. It was the method used in the old times with closed/shut concrete tanks, new barrels being only for noble houses.
